Overview
All products sold on Lazer Geeks are digital downloads — design files and laser settings delivered instantly after purchase. Because these files are accessible immediately, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been delivered.
Exceptions
We will issue a refund or replacement file if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or fails to download correctly
- The product delivered does not match its description
- You were charged more than once for the same order in error
Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue, and we’ll fix it or issue a refund.
Settings and results
Every file we sell includes the LightBurn settings we used to test it, but laser output varies by machine, lens, and material batch. Because we can’t control your hardware or material, we can’t offer refunds based on results that differ from ours due to those variables. We’re happy to help troubleshoot settings before you purchase or after, over email.
