These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of lazergeeks.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use this Site and to make a purchase. By entering the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Products & Digital Delivery
All products sold on this Site are digital design files (SVG, LightBurn project files, and/or depth-map images) delivered electronically. Nothing is physically shipped. Files are made available for download immediately after payment is confirmed, and remain available for re-download from your account under My Account → Downloads.
Every file is opened and tested in LightBurn before it’s listed for sale. We do not provide laser settings (speed, power, passes) since these vary by machine, lens, and material.
License to Use Purchased Files
When you purchase a design file, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use that file to engrave, cut, or produce physical items, including items you sell commercially. This purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying artwork to you.
You may not: resell, share, redistribute, or repost the digital design files themselves (in original or modified form); claim the artwork or design as your own creation; or upload the files to another marketplace, file-sharing site, or design library.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and WooPayments. We do not store your full card details. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice; changes will not affect orders already placed.
Refunds
Because products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, refunds are limited. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including artwork, logos, text, and layout, other than files you’ve purchased under the license above — is owned by Lazer Geeks or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
Design files are provided “as is.” We test every file in LightBurn before listing it, but we do not guarantee results on your specific machine, lens, or material. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lazer Geeks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of a purchased file, including wasted material or damaged equipment.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. (This section can be made more specific to your state once you confirm it with us.)
